Do I own the logo and brand assets?

Yes - 100%. Once your project is complete and the final payment is made, all rights transfer to you entirely. We keep no usage rights.

Can I use my new logo immediately on my website and social media?

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

For one-time projects (web design, branding), there's no ongoing commitment - it's a one-time investment. For monthly services (SEO, ads, GMB, management), we work on a rolling monthly basis. You can cancel any time with 30 days' notice.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer (BACS) and all major credit and debit cards. For one-time projects, we require 50% upfront and 50% on final delivery. Monthly services are invoiced at the start of each month.

Can I get a discount if I combine services?

Yes. Bundle pricing is available when you combine web design with SEO, or web design with GMB, or multiple ongoing services. The savings are meaningful - typically 15-25% versus buying individually.

What is your refund policy?

For web design: if you're not satisfied with the initial concepts, we'll revise until you are. If you want to cancel after work has begun but before delivery, you forfeit the 50% deposit. For monthly services: you can cancel any time for future months.
