Our commitment to you at a glance:
At Website Design In London, we stand behind the quality of our work. We believe in transparent, fair dealings with every client. This policy outlines the revision process and refund eligibility for all our services.
We encourage all clients to review their project contract carefully before signing, as specific revision allowances and payment terms may vary by project scope.
What counts as a revision?
A revision is a modification to work that has already been delivered and is within the original agreed scope. This includes adjustments to colours, fonts, layout, text content, and imagery.
Standard revision rounds by service:
What is NOT a revision (scope change):
Scope changes are treated as new work and quoted separately at our standard rates.
Additional revision rounds:
Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are available at £75–£120/hour depending on complexity and urgency.
We invest significant time and expertise into every project. Our refund policy reflects the stage at which a request is made:

| After kickoff but before design begins (48hrs-7 days) | 50% refund of deposit paid |
| During design phase (designs in progress) | No refund - deposit is non-refundable |
| After first design delivery | No refund |
| During development phase | No refund |
| After launch | No refund |
Deposit policy: All deposits are non-refundable once the project has entered the design phase. This compensates for time reserved, research conducted, and creative work invested.
