These SMS Terms describe the text-message programme operated by Website Design in London. By opting in, you agree to these terms.
1. Programme description
We send appointment reminders, project updates, sales follow-ups and related transactional and conversational messages to phone numbers that have opted in.
2. Opt-in / consent
You consent to receive SMS messages from us by:
- Checking the SMS consent checkbox on our contact form;
- Providing your phone number and explicit consent verbally or in writing during a sales conversation; or
- Replying START after a prior opt-out.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Typically no more than 4 messages per month for any single conversation.

Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge for sending or receiving SMS messages. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
5. Opt-out (STOP)
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

7. Supported carriers
Compatible with all major UK and US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
