These Terms of Service govern your use of the website websitedesigninlondon.uk and any services provided by Website Design in London.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
We provide AI agent development, SaaS product development, AI automation and AI integration services. Each engagement is governed by a separate written Statement of Work (SOW) which prevails over these Terms in case of conflict.
3. Fees and payment
Fees are agreed in the SOW. Standard payment terms are 50% deposit and 50% on delivery, or monthly invoicing for retainers. Late payments accrue interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.
4. Intellectual property
On full payment, you own all custom code and deliverables produced for you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and general know-how.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the engagement private and use it only to deliver the services.
6. Warranties and liability
Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or loss-of-profit damages.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our website or services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. Fees for work completed are payable on termination.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
